摘要
研究了抗蛇行减振器等效刚度和卸荷特性对某型动车组车辆运行临界速度的影响规律,提出了该型动车组车辆抗蛇行减振器的参数方案,以提升车辆在全运行周期(不同车辆磨耗状态)的运行稳定性。研究结果表明,所选取的抗蛇行减振器参数可使不同踏面锥度下车辆的运行临界速度得到有效提升,特别地,当踏面锥度为0.5时,车辆运行临界速度较原参数工况提升96%,具有充足的稳定性裕量。
The effect of the equivalent stiffness and unloading characteristics of the anti-yaw damper on the critical speed of a certain type of EMU is studied.To improve the vehicle running stability under different vehicle wear conditions,a parameter scheme for the anti-yaw damper of the EMU is proposed.Results show that,the proposed anti-yaw damper parameters can effectively increase the critical speed of the vehicle under different wheel tread profiles.In particular,when the tread conicity is 0.5,the critical speed of the vehicle is increased by 96%compared with the original parameter conditions,and the vehicle has sufficient stability margin.
