飞行器复合材料全寿命结构健康监测技术 被引量:10

摘要 由于先进复合材料具有比强度和比刚度高、材料力学性能可设计、易于整体成型等优点,是轻质高效飞行器结构设计的最理想材料.以永久集成在结构表面或嵌入结构内的分布式传感器网络为基础的结构健康监测(SHM)技术是确定结构完整性的革命性创新技术,在复合材料结构的设计、制造、服役及维护的全寿命周期中发挥着重要的作用.本文简要综述国内外航空航天领域复合材料SHM技术的研究进展,探讨SHM系统在实际飞行器复合材料结构上得以有效应用的关键技术及其解决方案,同时展望飞行器复合材料SHM技术的发展趋势和方向. Within the realm of structural designs for light and high efficiency aircraft advanced composite materials qualifies as the most ideal materials due to their high specific strength and stiffness,designable mechanical properties,and convenient integral molding.Structural health monitoring(SHM)based on distributed sensor networks that are permanently integrated on the surface or embedded inside the structure can be regarded as revolutionary and innovative technology to determine the structural integrity.It plays an important role in the whole life cycle of composite structures including design,manufacture,service and maintenance.In this paper,the research progress of composite materials SHM techonology in the aerospace field is concisely reviewed,as well as the key technologies and solutions of SHM system for composite materials of aircraft are discussed.Meanwhile,the development trend and direction of aircraft composite materials SHM technology are prospected.
