摘要
继2008年"三鹿奶粉事件",12年后的"新大头娃娃"奶粉事件再次引起舆论热议,食品安全及监管问题也再度引起人们的高度关注。对固体饮料与特医食品的区别、特医食品的管理及其应用现状进行阐述,分析该事件发生原因,讨论特医食品监管系统现存问题并提出建议。
Following the"Sanlu milk powder incident"in 2008,12 years later,the new"Big Head Baby"milk powder incident once again aroused heated public opinion.Food safety and supervision issues once again aroused people’s high attention.In this paper,the difference between solid beverage and food for special medical purpose,the management and application status of food for special medical purpose are expounded,the causes of the incident are analyzed,and the existing problems of supervision system of food for special medical purpose are discussed and suggestions are made.
