选区激光熔化技术特性及其研究现状 被引量:5

摘要 自20世纪80年代发明以来,3D打印技术发展迅速并得到了广泛的研究和应用。选区激光熔化技术(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)是一种通过激光束熔融粉末颗粒,样件逐层累积成形的3D打印技术。SLM技术以其优异的性能得到了广泛关注,是目前运用最为成熟、产业链最为完整的3D打印技术之一。本文主要介绍SLM技术的成形原理,分析其优异特性进行,并对SLM技术尚未解决问题和短板进行总结。 3D printing technology has developed rapidly,and has been widely studied and applied since it was invented in the 1980s.Selective Laser Melting(SLM)is a 3D printing technology in which powder particles are melted by a laser beam,and samples are formed layer by layer.SLM technology has been widely concerned for its excellent performance.It is one of the most mature 3D printing technologies with the most complete industrial chain.This article mainly introduces the forming principle of SLM technology,analyzes its excellent characteristics,and summarizes the unresolved problems and shortcomings of SLM technology.
