榨油机发展技术浅见

目前,国内外对榨油机机械研究已经有多个方向,其中多数使用单螺杆榨油机、双螺杆榨油机、榨筒式三级螺旋榨油机和普通榨条式三级螺旋榨油机。又可将研究集中于油脂渗透、榨螺结构、榨膛以及喂入式结构等方面。文章对榨油机工作原理及相关机构基础进行分析。对比部分螺旋榨油机的优缺点,并对影响榨油机榨油效率关键部分工作性能不足问题,提出建议。

At present,there are already many directions for domestic and foreign research on oil press machinery,most of which use single screw oil press,double screw oil press,cylinder-type three-stage screw press and ordinary strip-type three-stage screw press.The research can also focus on grease penetration,screw structure,press and feeding structure.This paper analyzes the working principle of oil press and related institutions.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of some spiral oil presses,and making suggestions on the lack of performance of key parts affecting the efficiency of oil presses.
