捣固焦炉推焦车推焦杆在线校正对策

On-line Correction Countermeasures for Coke Pushing Arm of Stamp-charged Coke Oven

针对攀钢集团攀枝花钢钒有限公司炼铁厂捣固焦炉推焦车推焦杆上拱、旁弯严重的问题,提出了在线校正对策,通过采取检修架校正法、火焰校正法和腹板加筋板固定法等方法,有效改善了推焦杆的上拱量、旁弯量和齿条与大齿轮顶隙,提升了推焦杆运行状态的稳定性,同时使检修时间由72 h缩短至24 h以内,减少了对炼焦生产的影响。

In allusion to the problem that such defects as upwarp and sidewise bending occurred along the coke pushing arm of stamp-charged coke oven in Ironmaking Plant of Panzhihua Steel and Vanadium Co.,Ltd.of Pangang Group,some on-line correction countermea-sures were proposed.By means of using Calibration Method for maintenance racks,Flame Correction Method and Fixation Method by webs together with ribbed slabs,the magnitude in terms of the upwarp and sidewise bending were lessened effectively and the crest clearance between teeth bars and big gear wheels was reduced and therefore the stability of the coke pushing arm in operation was improved.At the same time the maintenance time was reduced to less than 24 h from72 h,which reduced the impact on coking production.
