摘要
分析了鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂高炉冲渣水、高炉水渣、管道中垢样成分,讨论了高炉冲渣水供暖过程中管道设备腐蚀和结垢的成因,认为腐蚀原因主要为Cl-腐蚀和电化学腐蚀,结垢原因主要为CaCO_(3)晶体析出和高炉渣自身较高的水硬性。结合分析结果,在应用实践中采用钛合金材质、光板传热片、无触点宽流道换热器、无过滤器的换热系统,有效避免了腐蚀、结垢和堵塞的发生,实现了高炉冲渣水余热供暖,取得了良好的经济和环保效益。
The compositions in samples of scales from slag flushing water in blast furnace(BF),BF slag and pipelines in General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.were analyzed.The causes leading to corrosion and scale formation in heating facilities such as pipelines during heating by waste heat from BF slag flushing water were discussed.Then it was believed that the main causes leading to corrosion were caused by Cl-corrosion and electrochemical corrosion while the main causes leading to scale formation were caused by CaCO_(3) crystal precipitation and high hydraulic property of BF slag itself.Based on the analysis results,titanium alloy materials,radiators by light panels,heat exchangers with wide noncontact flow channels and heat transferring system with no filters were adopted in application practice of slag flushing water.As a result,corrosion,scale-forming and clogging were effectively avoided and heating facilities by waste heat from BF slag flushing could be operating with a good effect.
