摘要
针对鞍钢股份有限公司冷轧硅钢厂酸再生机组盐酸酸雾净化系统老化、颗粒物和HCl排放超标的问题,对该酸雾净化系统进行了改造,包括更换文丘里设备、增加二级换热器及后文丘里设备,改造后尾气中颗粒物含量<10 mg/m^(3),HCl含量<15 mg/m3,满足了国家环保要求,同时降低了尾气风机的负荷,延长了尾气风机的使用寿命。
With regard to the problems that the purification system for acid mist from hydrochloric acid by acid regeneration unit in Cold Rolled Silicon Steel Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.was out-of-date and the emissions of particulate matter and HCl exceeded the standards,the purification system was upgraded,which included replacing Venturi equipment,adding the secondary heat exchanger and post-Venturi new devices.After upgrading,the content of particulate matter in the tail gas was less than 10 mg/m^(3) and the content of HCl was less than 15 mg/m3,which met the requirements asked by national environmental protection.At the same time the load by an exhaust fan was reduced and thus the service life of the exhaust fan was prolonged.
