摘要 为适应国网公司在各直流落点分区(省区)建设精准负荷控制系统工程需求,重点介绍了基于有线和5G通信的精准负荷控制系统架构及通信体系。研究并采用基于区域均衡控制原则的多层级划分策略、区域负荷切除全程信息感知和动态展示等创新技术,实现了毫秒级快速切除可中断负荷。试验结果表明,系统支持5G动态IP应用模式,切负荷和恢复负荷都能准确无误执行,整组动作时间控制在100 ms以内,子站5G通信网络下到终端的动作时间小于40 ms。 In order to meet the engineering requirements of the State Grid Corporation of China in the construction of precision load control system in each DC location area(province),the paper mainly introduces the precise load control system architecture and communication system based on wired and 5G communication.The multi-level partition strategy based on the principle of regional equilibrium control,the whole process information perception and dynamic display of regional load removal are studied and adopted to realize the millisecond level fast removal of interruptible load.The test results show that the system supports 5G dynamic IP application mode,load shedding and load recovery can be carried out accurately,the action time of the whole group is controlled within 100ms,and the action time from the substation 5G communication network to the terminal is less than 40 ms.
