摘要
针对电动汽车电源输出关键部件大功率双向DC/DC变换器中超级电容和锂电池之间的电压平衡问题,当两者间的电平相等时则可以并联输出功率。提出电源健康管理系统的设计方案,系统包括电源状态监测、故障和寿命预测,在提高设备的安全性和维修保障效率等方面具有重要作用。健康管理系统选择输入输出两端的电压和电流、电解电容温度、电感温度、IGBT外壳温度、散热器温度、环境温度等作为参数,监测变换器当前状态,并采用FMEA(故障模式与影响分析)的方法分析了变换器各关键元器件的失效率,通过基于趋势拟合法的信息融合处理后可预测变换器可能发生的故障,并按严重级别排序,效果良好。
To solve the problem of voltage balance between the super capacitor and the lithium battery in the high-power bidirectional DC/DC converter,the key component of the electric vehicle power supply output,when the levels between the two are equal,the output power can be paralleled.The design scheme of power health management system is proposed.The system includes power condition monitoring,fault and life prediction technology.It plays an important role in improving the safety and maintenance efficiency of equipment.The health management system selects the voltage and current at both ends of the input and output,electrolytic capacitor temperature,inductance temperature,IGBT shell temperature,radiator temperature and environment temperature as parameters to monitor the current state of the converter,and uses FMEA(failure mode and effect analysis)method to analyze the failure rate of the key components of the converter.After the information fusion based on trend fitting method,the possible faults of the converter can be predicted and sorted according to the severity level.
