摘要
通过建立基于层次分析法的电力系统继电保护装置及二次回路的自适应优化消缺模型,结合继电保护工作管理的特点,实现对影响继电保护工作可靠性的相关各环节按故障发生概率及相关性实施综合权重排序,求得消缺最优化目标,实现继电保护运维从传统消缺工作方法的随机逐项排查向优化结果影响因子的权重顺序排查的转变,可显著提升继电保护消缺工作的有效性、准确性,并大幅提高工作效率。
In this paper,through the establishment of a power system relay protection device based on the analytic hierarchy process and adaptive optimization and elimination model of secondary circuit,Combined with the characteristics of relay protection work management,the comprehensive weight sorting of the relevant links affecting the reliability of relay protection work is realized according to the probability and correlation of fault occurrence and the objective of defect elimination optimization is obtained.The transformation of relay protection operation and maintenance from random item by item investigation of traditional defect elimination method to weight order investigation of influencing factors of optimization results is realized,which can significantly improve the effectiveness and accuracy of relay protection work,and greatly improve the work efficiency.
