摘要
针对换流阀冷却系统,提出了一种基于冷却系统综合评估指标的优化控制策略。首先,根据冷却系统的整体情况形成多层次的评估指标体系;然后,利用层次分析法对冷却系统各指标层进行状态评估,以一致性试验结果判断结构模型合理性;最后,利用基于综合评估指标的空冷器运行电控系统,实现空冷器运行风机数量的控制。实例分析表明,该策略能有效评估冷却系统的整体情况并实现空冷器风机优化控制,对换流阀冷却系统的设计具有重要指导建议。
An optimal control strategy based on the comprehensive evaluation index of the cooling system is proposed based on converter valve cooling system.First of all,a multi-level evaluation index system is formed according to the overall situation of the cooling system.Then,the status of each index layer of the cooling system is evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the rationality of the structure model is judged by the consistency test results.Finally,according to the electric control system of air cooler operation based on comprehensive evaluation index,the number of fans in air cooler operation can be controlled.The case analysis shows that this strategy can effectively evaluate the overall situation of the cooling system and realize the optimal control of the air cooler fan,and it has important guidance and suggestions for the design of the converter valve cooling system.
