Research on the Cultivation Mode of Chinese Teachers in Middle School under the Background of Normal Professional Certification

师范专业认证标准是师范专业教师培养的国家标准。中学教师培养应适应新形势,创新人才培养模式,修订符合认证标准的人才培养方案,建构新的教师教育培养课程体系、实践教学体系和教学质量评价标准,改革教学方式方法,以期培养出一批信念坚定、师德高尚、专业基础扎实、教育教学能力和自我发展能力突出的教师队伍,以适应社会发展对教师的需求。

The standard of Normal Professional Certification is the national standard for teachers'training.Training of middle school teachers should adapt to the new situation,innovate the talent training mode.It should revise the certification standards of the talent training scheme,construct the new teacher education training course system,practical teaching system and teaching quality ev aluation standards,and reform teach-ing methods,so as to cultivate a group of students with firm belief,noble morality,solid professional founda-tion,teaching ability and self-development ability,which can meet peoples demand for teachers.
