党建电视频道建设现状与对策探究

党建电视频道是宣传党建政策、引领主流舆论的重要平台,是树立党建创先争优典型、推动党员良好形象深入民心的重要举措,也是服务群众、践行党的宗旨的重要手段。目前,党建电视频道受重视程度不平衡,平台建设投入、宣传不够;传播理念落后,内容相对单一;传播渠道单一,“互联网+”融合度不够,影响力有待提升;采编人员素养有待加强。党建电视频道发展需要坚持问题导向,把握主旋律;把握时效度,深入基层“接地气”;融合“互联网+党建”模式,促进新老媒体线上线下强势互动;培养受众群体,提升大众对党建文化的认同;提升采编人员的综合素养。
