Research on the Countermeasures of Rumor Control in the Era of Intelligent Media

公共卫生事件中的谣言严重干扰了人们的信息判断与行动决策,造成社会恐慌。人工智能技术应用于传播环境中,为谣言治理带来了新的机遇与挑战。本研究将从智媒时代的技术条件出发,结合北京新发地疫情中的辟谣情况,发掘智能技术给辟谣行动者和辟谣文本带来的变化,探讨智媒环境下突发公共卫生事件中媒体阻击谣言传播的优化路径。

Rumors in public health events seriously interfere with people's information judgment and decision-making,resulting in social panic.The application of artificial intelligence technology in communication environment brings new opportunities and challenges to rumor governance.This study will start from the technical conditions of the era of intelligent media,combined with the situation of rumor refutation in Beijing Xinfadi,explore the changes brought by intelligent technology to the rumor refuting actors and anti-rumors texts,and explore the optimal path for media to block the spread of rumors in public health emergencies under the intelligent media environment.
