文拉法辛联合逍遥丸治疗躯体症状障碍共病抑郁患者的疗效与安全性评价

Efficacy and safety evaluation of Venlafaxine combined with Xiaoyao Pills in depressive patients comorbid with somatic symptoms

目的:探究文拉法辛联合逍遥丸治疗躯体症状障碍共病抑郁患者的疗效与安全性。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年2月江门市新会区人民医院收治的躯体症状障碍共病抑郁患者105例,随机分为观察组(54例)和对照组(51例),对照组采用文拉法辛治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合逍遥丸治疗,治疗周期为2个月。观察两组治疗前后抑郁状态、躯体症状严重程度、睡眠情况及治疗后不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、躯体症状严重程度量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组不良反应总发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:文拉法辛联合逍遥丸治疗躯体症状障碍共病抑郁,能够改善患者抑郁状态和躯体症状严重程度,提高睡眠质量,同时可以减少文拉法辛的不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of venlafaxine combined with Xiaoyao Pills in depressive patients comorbid with somatic symptoms.Methods:A total of 105 depressive patients comorbid with somatic symptoms admitted to the Xinhui District People’s Hospital of Jiangmen between March 2017 and February 2019 were randomly divided into study group(n=54)and control group(n=51).The control group was given Venlafaxine alone,while the study group was treated with Xiaoyao pills in addition to Venlafaxine.The treatment course was two months.The depression,somatic symptoms,sleep quality and adverse reactions were recored for the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale,Patient Health Questionnaire Somatic Symptom Severity Scale,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the overall incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the study(P<0.05).Conclusion:Venlafaxine combined with Xiaoyao Pills as a treatment for depressive patients comorbid with somatic symptoms can improve the severity of depression state and comorbid somatic symptoms,improve sleep quality,and reduce Venlafaxine-related adverse reactions.
