摘要
以“二元制”为主导的技术技能人才培养模式不断改革推进,提升了育人质量水平,推动了区域产教深度融合。福建省在2016年全国率先实施“二元制”人才培养模式改革,构建“七个二元”的校企一体化育人新型培养模式。本文以泉州市为例,介绍了“二元制”人才培养模式改革项目试点的积极实践与探索,取得的成效,以及存在的问题,提出了完善和落实“二元制”政策,构建逐级监管和保障体系,提高企业“二元制”认知,理清校企双方各方责任,强化课程教学改革与管理,完善联合考核评价机制,加强师资团队和教学场所建设,加强联合育人信息共享,完善培养质量内外监控体系,建立各职能部门联动机制,加强过程管控和质控等改进对策。
In recent years,the"Dual System"oriented training mode of technical talents has been continuously reformed and promoted,which has improved the quality of education and promoted the deep integration of regional production and education.In 2016,Fujian Province took the lead in implementing the"Dual System"talents training mode reform in China,and constructed the new training mode of"seven Dual Systems"school-enterprise integration.With Quanzhou as an example,this paper introduces the active practice and exploration of the pilot project of"Dual System"talents training mode reform,the results achieved,and the existing problems.Accordingly,it proposes to improve and implement the"Dual System"policy,build a level-by-level supervision and safeguard system,improve the enterprise's recognition of the"Dual System",clarify the responsibilities of both sides of the school and enterprise,strengthen the curriculum reform and management,improve the joint assessment and evaluation mechanism,strengthen the construction of teaching staff and teaching places,promote the information sharing of joint education,improve the internal and external monitoring system of training quality,establish the linkage mechanisms of various function departments,strengthen the process control and quality control and other improvement measures.
