常用居住建筑隔声保温系统隔声效果研究

Study on Sound Insulation Effect of Sound Insulation System in Residential Buildings

绿色建筑对室内声环境有严格要求,居住建筑室内声环境不仅关系人们身心健康,也是影响社会邻里关系的重要因素。浮筑楼板保温隔声系统是江苏省较实用有效的住宅隔声措施,通过对施工完成后的住宅进行现场隔声性能检测,并对检测结果进行汇总分析,对比了常用楼地面隔声保温系统的隔声效果,以期对浮筑楼板保温隔声系统的选择和使用提供参考。

Green buildings have strict requirements for indoor acoustic environment.The indoor acoustic environment of residential buildings is not only related to people's physical and mental health,but also an important factor affecting the social neighborhood relationship.Floating floor insulation and sound insulation system is a more practical and effective residential sound insulation measures in Jiangsu province.Through on-site sound insulation performance test of the completed residential buildings and analysis of the test results,the sound insulation effect of common floor insulation and insulation systems is compared,so as to provide reference for the selection and use of floating floor insulation system.
