群众路线是马克思主义政党开展群众工作的思想路线和方法论,马克思主义政党领导下的群团组织是遵循群众路线原则组织起来的政治团体。群众是异质性的共同体结构,践行群众路线就是要充分意识到群众内部差异性结构及其利益结构多元化的特点。当前,"利益—思想"的二元分析结构难以有效解释共青团分类引导青年的困局和矛盾,共青团引导青年的关键不在于如何"分类",而在于必须引入"组织"的变量,推动共青团组织体系重塑,加强共青团组织能力,建设开放型马克思主义政党青年群团组织,这是马克思主义政党群众路线青年化的必由之路。

The mass line is the ideological line and methodology of mass work carried out by Marxist political parties.The mass organization of Marxist political parties is a political group organized according to the principle of mass line.The mass is a heterogeneous community structure.To practice the mass line is to fully realize the diversity structure within the masses and the diversified characteristics of interest structure.At present,the binary analysis structure of"interest-thought"is difficult to effectively explain the dilemma and contradiction of the Youth League’s classified guidance of youth.The key to the Youth League’s guidance is not how to"classify",but to introduce the variable of"organization",promote the reconstruction of the organizational system of the Communist Youth League,strengthen the organizational capacity of the Communist Youth League,and build an open Marxist youth league organization.It is the only way for the mass line of Marxist political parties to be youth-oriented.
