精准扶贫辅助测评系统设计

Design of precision poverty alleviation auxiliary evaluation system

精准扶贫作为国家战略,是指针对不同贫困区域环境、不同贫困户状况,运用科学有效的程序对扶贫对象实施精确识别、精确帮扶、精确管理的治贫方式。但在扶贫过程中难免出现一些冒充贫困户,占用国家扶贫资源的现象。文章通过基于个体心理特征的经济水平预测模型研究,提出精准扶贫辅助测评系统设计方案。通过该系统的手机APP,输入申请人的申请文档或相关文本资料,能够生成个人经济水平分析报告,帮助扶贫工作人员审核申请人是否符合扶贫条件。该方案在移动应用和扶贫工作中具有较大的应用价值和市场前景。

As a national strategy,targeted poverty is a way to accurately identify,help and manage poverty-stricken objects by using scientific and effective procedures for different regional environments and different conditions of poor households.However,in the process of poverty alleviation,it is inevitable that some people pretend as poor households and occupy national poverty alleviation resources.In this paper,by the research of economic level prediction model based on individual psychological characteristics,we proposed a scheme of auxiliary assessment system for the targeted poverty alleviation.After inputting applications or texts of applicant into APP,a personal economic level analysis report will produce.It can help the poverty alleviation workers to check whether the applicant meets the poverty alleviation conditions.The scheme has great application value and market prospect in mobile application and poverty alleviation.
