学历教育、职业培训和国际资质专业认证的互相衔接、互相促进,为国内焊接工程技术人员提供了新的人才培养模式。按国际统一的培训规程的要求,结合国内焊接人员的专业背景和工作实际需要,开展在职焊接人员的国际焊接工程师可选途径(IWE-A)培训与认证,满足焊接制造业人才国际化、工程化的要求,这一人才培养模式的推广,赢得了行业的认同,促进了焊接工程技术人员职业教育培训的快速健康发展。

The connection and mutual promotion of academic education,vocational training and international qualification professional certification provide a new talent training mode for welding engineering technicians in China.According to the requirements of international unified training regulations,combined with the professional background and practical needs of welding personnel in China,international welding engineer alternative route training(IWE-A)and certification for in-service welding personnel were carried out,which met requirements of the internationalization and engineering of welding talents.And this talent training mode received recognition of the industry and promoted rapid and healthy development of vocational education and training for welding engineering technicians.
