2020年春节期间烟花禁放对安庆市空气质量效果评估

Evaluation of the Effect of Fireworks Prohibition on Air Quality During the Spring Festival of 2020 in Anqing City

利用2019和2020年空气质量数据,进行了春节期间烟花禁放对安庆市空气质量的效果评估。结果表明:安庆市2020年烟花禁放后,春节期间优良天气比例为87.5%,比2019年提高25%,没有出现中度污染以上等级的天气。2020年除夕及正月初一,安庆市PM_(10)及PM_(2.5)的峰值浓度比2019年同期分别降低了78.8%、70.5%,SO_(2)及NO_(2)略有下降。2020年春节期间,烟花燃放对PM_(10)及PM_(2.5)的平均贡献量比2019年分别下降了81.7%、76.4%,说明烟花禁放起到了显著的污染削峰作用。此外,2020年春节期间城区及市郊PM_(10)及PM_(2.5)浓度比禁燃前都有所下降,且城区的峰值浓度比市郊下降得更为显著,禁放后PM_(10)及PM_(2.5)质量浓度的空间差异性进一步缩小。

Based on the data of air quality from 2019 to 2020,the paper analyzed the evaluation of the effect of fireworks prohibition on air quality during the Spring Festival in Anqing city.The results showed that after fireworks prohibition in Anqing city in 2020,the weather proportion of excellent and good grades during the Spring Festival was 87.5%,showing an increase of 25%compared with 2019,and there were no days with pollution above the moderate grade.During the New Year’s Eve and the lunar New Year’s Day of 2020,the peak concentrations of PM_(10)and PM_(2.5)decreased by 78.8%and 70.5%respectively compared with 2019,while the concentrations of SO_(2)and NO_(2)decreased slightly.During the 2020 Spring Festival,the average contribution of fireworks burning to PM_(10)and PM_(2.5)declined by 81.7%and 76.4%respectively compared with 2019,indicating that the fireworks prohibition played a significant role in reducing pollution peaks.In addition,during the 2020 Spring Festival,the concentrations of PM_(10)and PM_(2.5)in urban and suburban areas decreased compared with those before fireworks prohibition,and the peak concentrations in urban areas decreased more significantly than that in suburban areas.The spatial difference in the concentrations of PM_(10)and PM_(2.5)was further reduced.
