摘要
随着大数据技术的日益成熟,跨境电子商务迎来新的发展机遇,人们的消费需求从国内市场延伸到海外市场。跨境物流是跨境电商的重要环节,二者之间相互促进、相互作用。物流业是一个产生海量数据的行业,在跨境物流作业过程中,复杂繁多的数据往往会导致物流信息传递不对称,造成商品丢包率高、配送环节多、商品退换货困难等问题,严重阻碍了跨境电商发展。研究从物流企业的发展视角出发,分析了大数据时代下,跨境物流企业发展过程中遇到的主要问题并提出相应策略,从而帮助物流企业把握机遇,实现创新发展。
With the increasing maturity of big data technology,cross-border e-commerce ushered in new development opportunities.People′s consumption demands extendfromdomestic markets to overseas markets.Cross-border logistics is an important link of cross-border e-commerce,which promotes and interacts with each other.Logistics industry is an industry that produces massive data,in the process of cross-border logistics operations,complex and numerous data often lead to asymmetric logistics information transmission,resulting in high packet loss rate,many distribution links,difficult goods return and exchange,and so on,which seriously hinders the development of cross-border e-commerce.From the perspective of the development of logistics enterprises,this research analyzes the main problems encountered in the development of cross-border logistics enterprises in the era of big data and puts forward corresponding strategies,so as to help logistics enterprises grasp the opportunity and realize innovative development.
