摘要
初级纤毛是将细胞外的化学和机械信号传递到细胞内的重要途径,自噬是通过降解细胞成分以维持细胞和组织稳态的过程,两者对哺乳动物的生长发育都有重要作用。近年来学者们发现调控自噬的分子机制与初级纤毛的形成相关,自噬可以通过降解特定的纤毛蛋白来调节纤毛的生成及长度,而自噬体的形成又需要依赖于初级纤毛所介导的信号传导。文章就初级纤毛的结构功能和自噬原理,以及初级纤毛与自噬的相互调控关系的研究进展作一综述,以期为这一领域的研究者提供新的思路。
Primary cilia are important pathways that carry extracellular chemical and mechanical signals into cells.Autophagy is a process that degrades cellular components to maintain cell and tissue homeostasis,both of which play an important role in the growth and development of mammals.In recent years,researchers have found that the molecular mechanism of autophagy is related to the formation of primary cilia.Autophagy can regulate the formation and length of cilium by degrading specific cilium proteins,and the formation of autophagosomes depends on the signal transduction mediated by primary cilia.This paper reviewed the structure and function of primary cilia and the principle of autophagy,as well as the mutual regulation between primary cilia and autophagy in order to provide new ideas for researchers in this field.
