Siglec-9对肿瘤发展的影响及在肿瘤靶向治疗和影像诊断中的应用

摘要 Siglec-9是免疫抑制性唾液酸结合受体,通常表达于免疫细胞膜表面。在肿瘤微环境中的免疫细胞膜表面以及自身性免疫疾病和感染性疾病免疫细胞膜表面,Siglec-9的表达显著增加,与相应配体结合,调控肿瘤生长和炎症反应,这一特性可使Siglec-9成为肿瘤靶向治疗的靶点。文章就Siglec-9的结构和生物学特点以及在肿瘤发展、靶向治疗还有影像诊断中的研究进展进行综述。 Siglec-9 is an immunosuppressive sialic acid binding receptor,which usually expressed on the surface of the immune cell membrane.The expression of Siglec-9 is significantly increased on the surface of immune cell membranes in the tumor microenvironment,as well as on the surface of immune cell membranes of autoimmune diseases and infectious diseases.Siglec-9 binds with corresponding ligands to regulate tumor growth and inflammatory response,which can make it a target for tumor targeted therapy.This article reviews the structure and biological characteristics of Siglec-9,as well as the research progress in tumor development,targeted therapy and imaging diagnosis.
