摘要
传统甑锅蒸馏固态发酵型白酒过程中,盖盘体积大、导气管重量大,人工搬运显得十分笨重,劳动需求量大,劳动强度明显提高,而且如果操作人员配合不当,容易出现刮伤或者烫伤等安全事故。针对上述问题,本文设计与分析了一种手拉葫芦式酿酒甑锅起盘装置,主要由甑锅、盖盘、拉杆、拉杆盘、手拉葫芦、立柱、横梁等部分组成。甑锅装料完成后,拉动手拉葫芦实现盖盘的升起完成、起盘、水平运动及盖盘等操作,达到了省时、省力、方便等目的,提高设备的操作安全性。
In the traditional distillation process of Baijiu by solid-state fermentation,the lid of the steamer is large and the conduit is heavy,the labor demand and intensity are high,and accidents are easy to happen.In view of these problems,we have designed a steamer lid lifter with chain hoist,which is composed of the steamer,the lid,the pulling rod,the pulling rod plate,the chain hoist,the column,the beams,and other parts.After the steamer is loaded,the chain hoist is pulled to complete the lifting and horizontal movement of the lid.The set of equipment has achieved the purpose of saving time and labor,and has improved the operation safety.
