摘要
20世纪60年代经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)的出现,开创了胆胰疾病新的治疗领域。经过半个世纪的发展,ERCP已经成为诊断和治疗胆胰疾病的重要和首选的方法。近年来,全球范围内ERCP相关诊治指南不断发布及更新,文中就ERCP相关的一些热点问题,如胆总管结石的诊断和处理、急性胆源性胰腺炎的处理、急性胆管炎的处理、胆管狭窄的处理、胰管结石的处理、ERCP术后胰腺炎的预防等问题,结合相关指南进行解读。
Since the advent of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)technology in the 1960s,the application of ERCP in biliary and pancreatic diseases has developed rapidly.In recent years,the diagnostic and treatment guidelines of ERCP are constantly being published and updated around the world.This paper reviewed and summarized some ERCP related issues,including the diagnosis and treatment of common bile duct stones,the management of acute biliary pancreatitis,the management of acute cholangitis,biliary stricture and pancreatic duct stones,the prevention of post-ERCP pancreatitis.
