Chloranthus tea is an important traditional flower tea in China with a history of more than 300 years.Its main producing area is in Shexian County,Anhui Province.In 2017,chloranthus tea was included in the Intangible Cultural Heritage List of Anhui Province.The article introduces the history,industrial development and production techniques of chloranthus tea for reference and exchanges by the majority of tea workers and lovers of chloranthus tea.
