摘要
【目的】评价不同颜色紫云英种子的活力,为生产上适期收获和种子的色选加工提供参考。【方法】以同一紫云英种子批中黄绿色种子、深绿色种子、红棕色种子以及原样种子为材料,分别进行标准发芽试验和低温发芽试验,测定种子的四项萌发指标(发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和平均发芽时间),并用模糊隶属函数法综合评价不同颜色紫云英种子的活力。【结果】不同颜色的紫云英种子耐低温能力和活力差异显著。【结论】不同颜色紫云英种子的活力从大到小依次为:黄绿色种子、深绿色种子、原样种子、红棕色种子。
[Objective]through comparing seed vigor of Chinese milk vetch(Astragalus sinicus L.)seeds at low temperature with different color,the results will contribute to choosing the optimal harvest time and seed processing.[Methods]in this experiment,Chinese milk vetch seeds with different colors from the same batch were used as the test material,and the standard germination test and the low-temperature germination test were conducted.The germination energy,germination percentage,germination index and mean germination time were calculated.The comprehensive evaluation of seed vigor was done by the fuzzy membership function analysis.[Results]The ability of adapt to low temperature and seed vigor of Chinese milk vetch with different colors were significantly different.[Conclusion]Seed vigor of Chinese milk vetch with different colors was:yellow green seed>bottle green seed>mixed samples seed>red brown seed.
