摘要
【目的】基于生物刺激素研发的功能水溶肥在蔬菜生产上的实际应用和产品的改进提供依据。【方法】在秋冬季塑料大棚条件下,分别用海锐普水溶肥、普利登鱼蛋白肥、华孚爱农肥三种含生物刺激素物质的功能水溶肥,以叶面喷施的方式对芥蓝进行处理,以喷施清水为对照,研究这三种功能水溶肥对芥蓝生长、产量和品质的影响。【结果】结果显示,喷施普利登鱼蛋白肥显著增加了芥蓝的绿叶数、茎粗和产量,与对照相比,分别增加了9.73%、6.53%和17.77%,且提高了营养物质和活性物质硫代葡萄糖苷的含量,有机酸的含量提高了23.14%,达到显著水平。【结论】普利登鱼蛋白肥对芥蓝茎叶生长、产量和品质改善等方面都产生良好的效果。
[Object]The effects of three functional water-soluble fertilizers(Kelpgrow Liquid Seaweed,SW fish protein fertilizer and Huafu Ainong fertilizer)on plant growth,yield and quality of Chinese kale were studied by spraying onto seedlings during plant growth.[Methods]Leaf number,leaf size(length×width)and yield were investigated,and the contents of some nutritional components,mineral elements and glucosinolates in products were determined.[Results]Results indicated that the application of SW fish protein fertilizer significantly increased the number of green leaves(9.73%),stem diameter(6.53%)and yield(17.77%),respectively.In the mean time,the level of some nutritional components,for instance,the contents of organic acids and glucosinolates,were improved.[Conclusion]SW fish protein fertilizer is the best among the three functional water-soluble fertilizers for imploving plant growth,yield and quality of Chinese kale.
