茶产业是恩施州六大特色经济产业之一,是当地的支柱产业、富民产业。随着茶叶消费趋势的转变,当地传统的茶产业面临着诸多问题。在国家东西部扶贫协作背景下,为充分发挥其资源优势,将其转变成为产业优势,实现茶叶富民、茶业强州,杭州市与恩施州开展东西部扶贫协作,通过稳链、补链、延链、强链,完善当地茶产业链,从而促进茶产业全面提升,将绿叶变成百姓脱贫攻坚的致富金叶子。

The tea industry is one of the six featured economic industries in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei Province and local pillar industry in economic growth.As the tea consumption changed the trend,traditional tea industry faced many challenges.In the background of eastern-western collaboration poverty alleviation campaign,Hangzhou helps Enshi transform unfavourable situation and develop local tea industry via optimizing local tea industry chain,such as stablizing,expanding,and strenghthening the chain.The goal is to fully upgrade the industry and turn green tea leaves into golden key of getting rid of the poverty.
