摘要
聚焦中医药文化产业内涵,分析中医药文化产业范围界定存在的问题以及内涵模糊造成的后果。中医药文化产业是以中医药文化为核心,为满足大众中医药文化消费需求而进行的一系列文化产品或服务的设计、生产、经营活动。中医药文化产业不应该包含中医医疗服务业、部分与中医药相关的旅游业、与中医药相关的其他服务产业。目前我国中医药文化产业范围泛化,致使中医药文化产业发展水平和规模被高估,反而导致中医药文化核心产业发展边缘化,中医药文化产业发展重点不突出,中医药文化产业发展政策不明确。
This paper has focused on the connotation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)culture industry,and discussed the existing problems in the definition of the TCM culture industry and the consequences caused by fuzzy connotation.TCM culture industry is a series of cultural products or services designed,produced and operated activities with TCM culture as the core,in order to meet the people's demand for TCM culture consumption.The TCM culture industry should not include the TCM medical service industry,part of the tourism industry related to TCM and other service industries related to TCM.However,the current generalization of the content of TCM culture industry in China leads to the overestimation of the development level and the scale of TCM culture industry,which instead causes the marginalization of the development of the core TCM culture industry,the unfocused and unclear policies on the development of TCM culture industry.
