重组人干扰素治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ的临床效果评价

Clinical effect of recombinant human interferon on treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasiaⅠ

目的探究重组人干扰素治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ的临床效果评价。方法选取2016年10月-2019年12月舟山市妇女儿童医院HR-HPV持续感染围绝经期CINⅠ患者96例,按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=48)、对照组(n=48)。研究组采取光动力疗法联合重组人干扰素治疗,对照组采取光动力疗法治疗。比较两组血清VEGF-C、Th17/Treg细胞因子[白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、IL-6、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)]表达、疗效、HPV转阴率、阴道微生态指标(阴道分泌物pH值、Nugent评分)、HPV-DNA病毒载量。结果研究组治疗后血清IL-17、IL-6、TGF-β、VEGF-C低于对照组,阴道分泌物pH值、Nugent评分及HPV-DNA病毒载量低于对照组,总有效率、HPV转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用光动力疗法联合重组人干扰素治疗HR-HPV持续感染围绝经期CINⅠ患者,能显著降低血清VEGF-C、Th17/Treg细胞因子表达,改善阴道微生态、病毒载量,疗效显著。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human interferon on treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasiaⅠ.METHODS A total of 96 perimenopausal CINⅠpatients with persistent infection of HR-HPV infection who were treated in Zhoushan Women’s and Children’s Hospital from Oct 2016 to Dec 2019 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the study group with 48 cases and the control group.The study group was treated with photodynamic therapy combined with recombinant human interferon,and the control group was given photodynamic therapy.The levels of serum VEGF-C,Th17/Treg cytokines[interleukin-17(IL-17),IL-6,transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)],therapeutic effect,negative conversion rate of HPV,vaginal microecological indexes(pH value of vaginal secretions,Nugent score)and HPV-DNA viral loads were observed and compared between the two groups.RESULTS The levels of serum IL-17,IL-6,TGF-βand VEGF-C of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pH value of vaginal secretions,Nugent score and HPV-DNA viral loads of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and negative conversion rate of HPV of the study group significantly were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The photodynamic therapy combined with recombinant human interferon can significantly reduce the levels of VEGF-C and Th17/Treg cytokines,improve the vaginal microecosystem and viral loads of the perimenopausal CINⅠpatients with persistent infection of HR-HPV infection.
