摘要
目的了解泸州市基层医疗机构病案管理队伍配置现状及需求情况,为提升基层医疗机构病案管理水平提供数据支撑。方法制定统一调查问卷于2020年4月对泸州市基层医疗机构的病案管理人员进行调查,包括病案管理人员的基本情况、培训现状及需求情况等。此次共收回有效问卷94份,通过SPSS 22.0统计软件进行描述分析。结果 94所基层医疗机构中,平均每所基层医疗机构有病案管理人员1.91人,41.67%的人员年龄为31岁~40岁,50.56%为大专学历,初级职称人数较多,以临床和护理专业居多,86.11%的人员兼职从事病案管理工作。有74所机构认为缺病案管理人员达92人,65.22%的机构对需求人员的学历要求仅为大专及以下;对需求的人才类型排前3位的依次是疾病编码类、临床医学类和卫生统计类。结论泸州市基层医疗机构的病案管理队伍存在兼职人员较多,学历普遍较低和职称结构不合理等问题,对病案数据的质量控制和统计分析环节较薄弱。因此基层医疗机构应采取激励措施增加专职人员数量,不断提升病案人员的专业素养,从而打造一支高素质的病案管理队伍。
Objectives To understand the configuration and needs of medical records management teams in primary medical institutions in Luzhou city, and provide data support for improving the medical records management level of primary medical institutions. Methods A unified questionnaire was formulated to investigate the medical record management personnel of primary medical institutions in Luzhou city in April 2020, including the basic information of the medical record management personnel, training status, and demand. This time, a total of 94 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software. Results Among the 94 primary medical institutions, each primary medical institution had 1.91 medical record managers. 41.67% of the staff are 31-40 years old, 50.56% were junior college degree, the number of junior professional titles accounted for a relatively large number, mostly in clinical and nursing majors, 86.11% of the staff were part-time in medical record management. 74 institutions believed that 92 medical record management personnel were lacking, and 65.22% of the institutions required only a college degree or below for the personnel in need;the top three types of talents in need were disease coding, clinical medicine, and health statistics. Conclusions The medical record management team of primary medical institutions in Luzhou city had many part-time personnel, generally low academic qualifications and unreasonable title structure. The quality control and statistical analysis of medical record data wre weak. Therefore, grassroots medical institutions should adopt incentive measures to increase the number of full-time personnel and continuously improve the professionalism of medical record personnel, so as to build a high-quality medical record management team.
