信息化的《居民死亡医学证明(推断)书》填报质量分析 被引量:3

Analysis of Informatization of the Filling Quality of Medical Certificate(Inference) of Death of Residents

摘要 目的探讨信息化对死因工作的应用效果,提高工作效率。方法根据北京市某区疾病预防控制中心对死因工作的要求,对比2014年第2季度手工版填写《居民死亡医学证明(推断)书》198例及2019年第2季度电子版填写236例的质控结果,从医师填写情况、网络直报时效性以及《居民死亡医学证明(推断)书》编号管理3个方面分析信息化手段为死因登记报告工作带来的变化。结果电子版《居民死亡医学证明(推断)书》填写合格率为75.42%、完整率为100%、规范率为95.76%,显著高于手工版;准确率为78.39%,与手工版无显著差异;可避免网络直报迟报;可有效管理《居民死亡医学证明(推断)书》编号。结论信息化有助于《居民死亡医学证明(推断)书》填报质量,提高死因工作的管理效率,值得推广。 Objectives To explore the application effect of the information-based "death certificate" on the cause of death and increase the work efficacy. Methods According to CDC’s requirements for cause-of-death statistics work, by comparing the quality control results of the cause-of-death statistics work in a hospital in the second quarter of 2014(about 198 cases) and the second quarter of 2019(about 236 cases), analyzing the changes of filling, timeliness and number management has been brought by using the information technology in the cause-of-death statistics. Results With the help of information technology, the qualification rate(reaching 75.42%), completeness(reaching 100%), and standardization(reaching 95.76%) of the "Death Certificate" could be significantly improved, but the accuracy(about 78.39%) of the "Death Certificate" could not be significantly improved. Late reporting can be avoided. The number of the "Death Certificate" can be effectively managed. Conclusions Informatization was helpful to improve the management efficiency of the cause of death statistics and worth to be promoted.
