来曲唑对多囊卵巢综合征患者卵巢功能及内分泌紊乱的调节作用

Effect of Letrozole on Ovarian Function and Endocrine Disorder in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨应用来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果。方法收集2019年6月-2020年6月沈阳市法库县卫生健康服务中心收治的PCOS患者40例,随机分为对照组和观察组各20例;两组分别采用氯米芬和来曲唑治疗3个周期;比较治疗前后卵巢功能和内分泌功能改善状况。结果两组治疗后,子宫内膜厚度增加和卵泡数量减少,与同组治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后,睾酮、黄体生成素、雌二醇、内脂素水平降低,而脂联素水平升高,与同组治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论来曲唑能够有效改善PCOS患者的卵巢功能和内分泌平衡,有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of letrozole in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 40 cases of PCOS patients in our center from June 2019 to June 2020 were collected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,20 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with clomiphene and letrozole for 3 cycles,respectively/The improvement of ovarian function and endocrine function before and after treatment was compared.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness significantly increased and the number of follicles significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was also significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of testosterone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol and visfatin were significantly decreased,while the levels of adiponectin were significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05).The differences between the two groups were also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Letrozole can effectively improve ovarian function and endocrine balance in patients with PCOS,and has good clinical application value.
