双重管旋喷桩在昆明深厚泥炭质土中的加固试验 被引量:1

摘要 以昆明轨道交通2号线会展中心站基坑施工为例,对其遇到的泥炭质土进行双重管旋喷试验。通过双重管单喷嘴和双喷嘴2种施工工艺对比,优化双重管旋喷桩施工参数,分析昆明滇池地区泥质炭土对高压旋喷桩成桩质量的影响因素,总结高压旋喷桩在泥质炭土施工中存在的问题,并给出施工建议。试验结果表明,在高压旋喷桩施工过程中,采用二次喷浆和单喷嘴施工工艺可有效提高成桩质量。 Taking the foundation pit construction of convention and Exhibition Center Station of Kunming Rail Transit Line 2 as an example,the double pipe jet grouting test was carried out on the peat soil.Through the comparison of double pipe single nozzle and double nozzle construction technology,the construction parameters of double pipe rotary jet grouting pile are optimized,the influence factors of muddy carbon soil on the quality of high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile in Kunming Dianchi area are analyzed,the problems existing in the construction of high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile in muddy carbon soil are summarized,and the construction suggestions are given.The test results show that in the construction process of high-pressure jet grouting pile,the secondary grouting and single nozzle construction technology can effectively improve the pile quality.
