摘要
以工程项目现场的实际施工操作为试验载体,对柱钢筋定位、柱头箍筋补筋、预制柱节点灌浆、预制次梁安装等几个关键工序步骤的技术特点、工艺要求等进行优化探讨,探索出具有可操作性的工序节点优化成果。该优化成果在保证质量与成本稳定甚至略有改善的基础上,达到了优化压缩以标准层为代表的装配式建筑结构施工周期的目的。
Taking the actual construction operation of the project site as the test carrier,the technical characteristics and process requirements of several key process steps,such as column reinforcement positioning,column head stirrup reinforcement,precast column joint grouting,precast secondary beam installation,are optimized,and the operable process node optimization results are explored.On the basis of ensuring the stability of quality and cost and even slightly improving,the optimization results achieve the purpose of optimizing and shortening the construction period of prefabricated building structure represented by standard floor.
