粮食平房仓“结构-隔热”一体化墙体施工工艺

Construction Technology of"Structure-heat Insulation"Integrated Wall in Grain Horizontal Warehouse

基于粮食平房仓墙体革新的需要,提出了粮食平房仓“结构-隔热”一体化墙体的构造设计,并分析其关键节点的技术处理措施,进而阐述了墙体的施工工艺。实践表明,“结构-隔热”一体化墙体是适用于粮仓建设的新型建筑体系,顺应当前我国“节能、节地、环保、绿色化施工”的可持续发展理念,具有很好的应用发展前景。

Based on the need of the wall innovation of grain horizontal warehouse,this paper puts forward the structural design of the"structure-heat insulation"integrated wall of grain horizontal warehouse,analyzes the technical treatment measures of its key nodes,and then expounds the construction technology of the wall.The practice shows that"structureheat insulation"integrated wall is a new building system suitable for granary construction,which conforms to the current sustainable development concept of"energy saving,land saving,environmental protection and green construction"in China,and has a good application and development prospect.
