基于精细化有限元分析模型的塑料模板力学性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 某工程项目在剪力墙混凝土浇筑过程中采用塑料模板体系。以此为例,采用通用有限元软件Midas/FEA分别建立带竖向4道主龙骨和带竖向3道主龙骨的塑料模板精细化有限元模型。通过数值模拟分析,得到了塑料模板应用在墙体混凝土浇筑过程中的力学行为和变形行为。分析结果表明:在施工荷载作用下,模板各构件均处于低应力和低应变状态;带竖向4道主龙骨的塑料模板变形符合规范要求;带竖向3道主龙骨的塑料模板变形略大于规范要求。通过对2种不同布置形式的塑料模板进行模拟分析,为相关工程积累了一定的经验。 The Plastic formwork system was used in the process of concrete pouring of shear wall in a project.Taking this as an example,the refined finite element models of plastic formwork with four vertical main keels and three vertical main keels are established by using the general finite element software Midas/FEA.Through numerical simulation analysis,the mechanical behavior and deformation behavior of plastic formwork in the process of wall concrete pouring are obtained.The analysis results show that:under the construction load,each component of the formwork is in the state of low stress and low strain;the deformation of the plastic formwork with four vertical main keels meets the requirements of the specification;the deformation of the plastic formwork with three vertical main keels is slightly greater than the requirements of the specification.Through the simulation analysis of two different layout forms of plastic formwork,some experience has been accumulated for related projects.
