摘要 研究以自动气象站风速传感器为实例,采用性能稳定、状态良好的被测风速传感器、计量标准器皮托静压管、主要配套设备风洞、数字微压计、自校式铂电阻数字测温仪、数字式标准干湿表数字气压表。以大量的重复性检定试验为数据基础,通过后期数据分析处理,评定其在风洞试验室检定影响检定结果的测量不确定度。针对风速传感器的测量不确定的评定方法,建立了测量不确定度所需的测量模型,定量分析在风速传感器检定过程中可能影响其结果的因素,从而确保风速传感器计量检定数据的准确性与可靠性,保证了检定结果的可信度,提高了综合气象观测的传输质量。这为研究风速传感器的测量不确定度打下了坚实基础,也为今后自动气象站的风洞检定工作提供借鉴和指导意义。 The research takes the wind speed sensor of the automatic weather station as an example,adopts the measured wind speed sensor with stable performance and good condition,the metering standard Pitot static pressure tube,the main supporting equipment wind tunnel,digital micromanometer,and self-calibrated platinum resistance digital temperature measurement Based on a large number of repeatable verification experiments,the instrument,digital standard wet and dry meter,and digital barometer are used to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the verification results in the wind tunnel laboratory through the later data analysis and processing.Aiming at the evaluation method of the measurement uncertainty of the wind speed sensor,the measurement model required for the measurement uncertainty is established,and the factors that may affect the result of the wind speed sensor verification process are quantitatively analyzed to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement verification data of the wind speed sensor.It ensures the credibility of the verification results,improves the transmission quality of comprehensive meteorological observations,lays a solid foundation for the study of the measurement uncertainty of wind speed sensors,and provides reference and guidance for future wind tunnel verification work of automatic weather stations.
