摘要 以订单驱动型的离散制造企业F流量仪表分公司为研究背景,在现有设备资产且只增添监测设备/设施的情况下,为精确测量设备综合效率达到挖掘影响生产的六大损失,提出基于工业物联网的设备综合效率监测系统。系统采用工业物联网体系架构,结合实际应用场景在机加区和标定区采用电流互感器通过采集设备电流值;通过制定算法规则来获取实际生产时间、净生产时间、计划生产时间计算设备综合效率;智能生产线中的设备则通过调用生产制造执行系统中的实际生产时间净生产时间、计划生产时间三个数据来计算设备综合效率。为精确定位影响生产的六大损失.设计停机管理板块便于人机协同完善各类停机事件,以及后期有效开展设备六大损失分析以促进精细化生产管理。该设计有效且精确地获取了离散生产设备、连续生产设备计算设备综合效率所涉及的数据,并可通过系统建模高效、及时地获取监测设备的设备综合效率。 Based on the research background of Order driven discrete manufacturing enterprise F flow meter Branch,in order to accurately measure the overall efficiency of equipment and excavate six losses afecting production,the integrated efficiency monitoring system of equipment based on industrial internet of things(IIOT)was proposed under the condition of existing equipment assets and only monitoring equipment/facilities.This system adopts the architecture of IIOT and adopts current transformer to collect the current value of equipment in the machining area and calibration area in combination with the practical application scene.By formulating algorithm rules,the comprehensive efficiency of equipment is obtained for actual production time,net production time and planned production time.The equipment in the intelligent production line calculates the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment by calling the actual production time,net production time and planned production time in the manufacturing execution system.In order to accurately locate the six losses affecting production,the shutdown management section is designed to facilitate man-machine coordination to improve various shutdown events,and the six losses analysis of equipment is effectively carried out in the later period to promote refined production management.The integrated effciency of discrete production equipment and continuous production equipment is obtained effectively and accurately,and the OEE of monitoring equipment can be obtained efficiently and timely through system modeling.
