高校疫情期间饮食安全问题分析及应对策略--以东北财经大学为例

Analysis and Countermeasures of Food Safety in Universities during Epidemic Period:Take Dongbei University of Finance and Economics as an Example

随着国内疫情得到控制,大学生陆续回归校园,恢复线下教学,但抗疫形势依旧严峻,高校学生用餐问题更是不能忽视。文章以东北财经大学学生为研究对象,针对开学后饮食安全问题展开调查,并提出应对策略——外卖小当家,一款集平台外卖存储服务与高校食堂送餐服务于一体的小程序,旨在解决高校学生用餐安全问题,实现学生分散就餐,外卖零接触配送,规避传染风险,同时为学校食堂创收,达到学生、学校、外卖平台三方共赢。

With the epidemic situation under control in China,college students have returned to campus and resumed offline teaching.However,the epidemic situation is still severe,and the dining problem of college students cannot be ignored.This article takes the students of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics as the research object to investigate the food safety problems after the beginning of school and put forward the coping strategy-take-out Xiaodangjia,a set of platform take-out storage service with the college canteen service in the integration of small applet,aims to solve the problem of college students'dining security,realize students scattered repast,take-out food zero contact distribution,avoid the risk of infection,at the same time for the college canteen revenue,to achieve win-win situation among students,schools,take-out platform.
