公路预制梁运架(履带吊)施工技术研究

Research on Construction Technology of Highway Prefabricated Beam Transport (Crawler Crane)

本文以某公路预制梁运架(履带吊)为例,系统地研究了采用履带吊架设40mT梁及25m箱梁的施工,通过实际施工,采用履带吊架设可以比较安全、快速、安装简便、经济地完成40mT梁及25m箱梁架设任务,取得较好的使用效果,能为今后的类似工程起到参考作用。

This paper takes a highway prefabricated beam transport(crawler crane)as an example,and systematically studies the construction of 40m T beam and 25m box girder by crawler crane.Through actual construction,with the crawler crane,the erection of 40m T beam and 25m box beam can be completed safely,fast,easily and economically,and good results have been achieved,which can serve as a reference for similar projects in the future.
