为适应工程项目建设快推进的节奏,各企业均在提高效率、保证质量方面下足功夫,其中又以项目管理方面受关注度最高。计划控制作为项目控制中不可或缺的一部分,其整体水平的提高也能一定程度带动项目管理水平提升。本文从改变工作开展方式的角度出发,通过描述系统建立、信息维护等工作内容,探讨模块化概念在进度计划编制中的延申应用,并分析其优劣。

In order to adapt to the rapid pace of project construction,all companies have made great efforts to improve efficiency and ensure quality.Among them,project management has received the highest attention.Planning control is an indispensable part of project control,and the improvement of its overall level can also promote the improvement of project management level to a certain extent.From the point of view of changing the way of work,this paper discusses the extended application of modularization concept in schedule planning by describing the work contents such as system establishment and information maintenance,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.
