As a new model technology with high intuition and operability,BIM technology is gradually applied to the refined project management activities of the whole process of construction engineering,which can further improve the level of project management and control.In this regard,this paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the whole process of refined project management,first briefly outlines the technology and its characteristics,and then proposes targeted optimization measures,hoping to bring certain reference value to the peers.
