摘要
目前,BIM技术已对建筑工程行业带来诸多影响,文章从分析BIM技术应用对建筑工程造价行业的影响入手,提出BIM技术在当前造价管理领域的应用趋势,进而对基于BIM5D信息模型的造价精细化管理的实现与实施展开探讨。
At present,BIM technology has brought a lot of influence to the construction engineering industry.Starting with analyzing the influence of BIM technology application on the construction engineering cost industry,this paper puts forward the application trend of BIM technology in the field of cost management.Then the implementation and implementation of cost fine management based on BIM5D information model are discussed.
