养老机构老年人中医护理“知信行”现状调查

Investigation of Current Situation about Knowledge,Belief and Behavior of Elderly People in Pension Institutions

目的:调查分析宁波市养老机构老年人对中医护理的认识、信念、行为现状,为养老机构开展中医护理技术提供参考。方法:对宁波市20家养老机构的500名老年人进行研究,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行中医知信行调查分析。结果:共收回有效问卷425份;在中医认识方面各条目的得分率分别为:整体观念72.7%、藏象理论66.8%、四诊合参69.8%、精神影响65.9%、体质有别65.5%、食物四性52.8%、饮食调理70.2%、经络保健70.3%、中药治疗64.0%;在中医信念方面各条目的得分率分别为:相信中医61.9%、接受诊断59.7%、认可疗效60.9%、愿意保健69.8%、愿意食疗67.8%、相信发展71.2%;在中医行为方面各条目的得分率分别为:参加讲座32.9%、健身频率7.1%、应用食疗21.8%、应用保健25.4%、首选中医54.7%、规范服药42.9%。结论:宁波市养老机构老年人对中医基本知识认知度较高,对中医信任度较高,但与中医相关的健康保健行为未得到较好的实践。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the current situation about Knowledge,Belief and Behavior of elderly people in pension institutions in Ningbo city.Methods:500 elderly people from 20 pension institutions in Ningbo were selected as subjects of study.Investigation and analysis of knowledge,belief and practice of TCM by self-designed questionnaire.Results:A total of 425 valid questionnaires were collected.The scoring rates of each item in TCM nursing cognition were as follows:Holistic concept 72.7%,visceral theory 66.8%,four diagnostic syndromes 69.8%,integration of form and spirit 65.9%,different constitutions 65.5%,four Properties of food 52.8%,dietary conditioning 70.2%,meridian health care 70.3%,Chinese medicine treatment 64.0%.The scores of beliefs and attitudes in TCM were as follows:Belief in Traditional Chinese Medicine 61.9%,acceptance of diagnosis 59.7%,recognition of efficacy 60.9%,willingness for health care 67.8%,willingnessto take diet therapy 71.2%,believing in development 32.9%.The scores of each item in TCM nursing related behavior were as follows:First choice for medical treatment 7.1%,participation in training 21.8%,fitness of Traditional Chinese Medicine 25.4%,TCM Dietetic Therapy 18.8%,syndrome differentiation and drug use 54.7%,meridian treatment 42.9%.Conclusion:The basic knowledge of TCM of elderly people in pension institutions in Ningbo city have a certain foundation,most of them have a good trust in traditional Chinese medicine.But their behavior related to TCM is poor.
