摘要
本文针对连铸机设备的特点,对传统单线集中润滑系统在运行维护过程中存在的弊端进行了研究,融合现代控制技术、传感器技术、计算机技术、工业互联网技术为一体,对传统的润滑系统进行了智能化改进。采用带无线通讯功能的智能双线分配器,进行了连铸生产线智能润滑系统设计,实现了精确的油量控制、定时润滑、远程监控、逐点在线监测以及自动按需量补油等功能,有效地提升了连铸机设备维护的自动化程度,降低了人员劳动强度;同时设计了在线监测系统,与智能润滑系统联合使用,进一步提升了智能润滑监控系统的可靠性与可视化。
According to the characteristics of the continuous casting machine equipment,The disadvantages of the traditional single line centralized lubrication system in the process of operation and maintenance were studied in this paper.By integrating modern control technology,sensor technology,computer technology and industrial Internet technology,the traditional lubrication system is improved intelligently.The lubrication system of continuous casting production line was redesigned by using an intelligent two-wire distributor with wireless communication function.The functions of accurate oil quantity control,timing lubrication,remote monitoring,point-by-point online monitoring and automatic oil replenishment are realized.Improve the automation degree of continuous casting machine equipment maintenance effectively and reduce the labor intensity of personnel,At the same time,the on-line monitoring system is designed and used together with the intelligent lubrication system,which further improves the reliability and visualization of the intelligent lubrication monitoring system.
