摘要
本文以钟罩窑的控制系统为研究对象,探讨了钟罩窑控制系统改造的难点,并对钟罩窑各区温度控制精度以及控制系统进行了升级和优化设计。现场开车表明该系统的升级改造提高了生产过程的连续化、自动化水平,系统控温精准。
This paper takes the control system of bell jar kiln as the research object,discusses the difficulties in the transformation of the control system,and upgrades and optimizes the temperature control precision and control system of each section of bell jar kiln.The research shows that the upgrade of the system improves the continuous production process,the level of automation,the research shows that the control scheme improves the continuity and automation level of the production process,and the system temperature control was accuracy.
